KTO stands for three siblings — oldest to youngest — who dreamed of opening a restaurant together. That dream became reality when a mother and her children took a leap of faith to share the recipes and warmth they grew up with.

Since 2021, we've been serving Bay Shore with passion, quality, and authenticity. KTO represents the initials of three siblings who dreamed as kids of opening a business together.
